Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve GC distribution annual revenue goal and DW$ target
- Develop GC distribution strategy/growth initiative and implement the strategy flawlessly to gain in-house share in each distribution
- Drive mass market demand creation progress through regular review and joint customer visit
- Enhance distribution engagement with NXP GC field team and maintain distribution executive relationship
- Plan and coordinate corporate initiatives through collaborating with corporate marketing team
- Build stronger CAM team through coaching and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- At least 8 years’ sales management experience in semiconductor industry
- Be familiar with automotive and industrial market in China, mass market development and management experience is preferred
- Good leadership with strong influence power
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present results and future objectives to senior levels of organization and offerings.
- Result driven, teamwork attitude
