
Key Responsibilities
Site Engineering Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage all engineering functions within thefab, including process, equipment,engineeringand maintenance
Define and execute site engineering strategy aligned withfabperformance targets and global foundry priorities
Serve as a core member of the site leadership team, contributing to site-wide operational and strategic decisions
Drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and business objectives
Operational & Technology Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in yield, cycle time, cost, and equipment reliability
Ensure robust process control, manufacturing stability, and high-volume production performance
Lead technology transfers, process qualifications, and ramp activities in partnership with global teams

Expected Salary Range
$198,000.00 - $333,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
