The Senior Director, GlobalStudioXwill serve as the strategic leader responsible for the global operating model, technology and workflow architecture, multimarket enablement, and futureforward evolution ofStudioX. Oversee the design, integration, and continuous improvement ofStudioX’sworkflow and technology architecture, including AIagentification, automation models, and contentatscale capabilities
Envision and lead the development ofProdX—the generative AI capability powering modern content production—ensuring strong connectivity across all Integrated Marketing Experience disciplines.
Build anend-to-endintegration model linking media, creative, insights, data, measurement, consumer engagement, and commercializationworkflows.
Anticipate emerging trends in technology, artificial intelligence, and marketing operations to definefuture backstrategies that evolveStudioXinto anext generationglobal platform.
Partner with Operating UnitStudioXleaders to drive capability rollout, track adoption, resolve pain points, and ensure seamless globaltolocal enablement
Lead global bottler engagement for omnichannel content development and pathtopurchase execution, strengthening collaboration across theCoca-Colasystem.
Standardize, orchestrate, and govern technology, data models, and workflows across global hubs to enable ideas, experiences, and campaigns to scale quickly and consistently.
Collaborate with global category teams and Integrated Marketing Experience discipline leads to ensure the operating model supportsend-to-endconsumer experiences powered by data and insight
Serve as the primary liaison to WPP’sStudioXnetwork and other agency partners, ensuring alignment with global operating standards, performance expectations, and partnership evolution.
Drive culture change, capability building, and systems thinking across globalStudioXcommunities, embedding behaviors that reflect modern marketing excellence.
Champion an innovation mindset, building a global environment where experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning are embedded in the operating model.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Global Marketing, Operating Units, and partners, influencing enterprise decisions tied to technology, workflow, and modern marketing evolution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Communications, ora relatedfield;Master’sdegree preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior marketing, media, digital operations, advertising technology, analytics, marketing transformation, or related environments.
Deepexpertisein modern marketing operations, content production, workflow design, anddata enabledortechnology enabledexecution models.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary,cross functionalteams across geographies in complex, matrixed global organizations.
Strong fluency in generative artificial intelligence, Agentic AI, automation technologies, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to guide both technical and creative teams.
Experience leadinglarge‑scalechange initiatives, operating model transformations, or enterprise platform adoption.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, including media, creative, data, personalization, measurement, and retail/omnichannel execution.
Proven ability to partner with external agencies, platforms, and technology partners to drive performance and innovation.
Exceptional strategic thinking, systems thinking, andproblem-solvingcapabilities with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear action plans.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills with experience navigating seniorexecutive levelalignment
Demonstrated ability to drive global governance, standardization, and process optimization while enabling local flexibility.
Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite blended with deep experience in GenAI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude/Nano Banana, etc.).
