JOB DESCRIPTION
I.AIM OF THE JOB:
This role contributes to the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels to strengthen brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth objectives.
II.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Digital Marketing
- Manage and maintain the mall’s owned digital platforms, including social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), website, membership app, and internal communication channels.
- Coordinate the publishing of marketing content across digital touchpoints such as WiFi portals, LED screens, e-directories, emails, and social media.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital channels in a timely and professional manner to enhance engagement and customer experience.
- Support the development and execution of digital campaigns and promotions to grow customer data, increase footfall, and support tenant sales.
- Track, measure, and share campaign performance insights, contributing to continuous improvement in effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate website updates and maintenance, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth functionality.
- Support media planning and booking processes, including coordinating with agencies, reviewing proposals, and tracking campaign delivery (budget and timeline).
- Collaborate with tenants to align and support marketing initiatives where relevant.
- Gather and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
2.Content Creation
- Develop engaging copy to support digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate in creating multimedia content (e.g., videos, images, written or audio content) aligned with brand values and current trends.
- Produce and adapt content in various formats (e.g., short-form videos, visuals, social posts) suitable for different digital channels.
- Coordinate content distribution to ensure consistency and relevance across platforms.
3.Other Responsibilities
- Support the team in creative development, events, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., leasing, operations, design, compliance, IT, finance) and external partners to deliver marketing activities effectively.
- Take on additional responsibilities as reasonably assigned to support team and business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- A background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing or related fields. Experience in retail or shopping mall environments is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts such as social media platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, analytics tools, and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of design tools, video editing, or website applications (e.g., HTML) is beneficial; willingness to learn is valued.
- Proficiency in commonly used workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) or similar platforms.
- Experience in creating or adapting digital content (e.g., short videos, visuals) is an advantage.
