Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training gaps and propose learning solutions.
• Design and develop content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions which include pre-during-post learning elements, assessments, gamification elements, interactive simulations, role-plays, case-studies, and other innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning interventions with business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery of all learning interventions in the Bengaluru office.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning interventions and take appropriate actions for improvement in future deliveries.
• Facilitate/Deliver/Manage all Professional, Leadership, and Behavioral learning interventions in the Bengaluru office.
• Build rapport and connect with key business and HR stakeholders in all Chubb offices (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar).
• End-to-end Vendor Management for learning interventions.
• Develop, monitor, and track learning program budgets, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Good knowledge of Gen AI tools and their use cases in Learning.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone and Oracle.
• Strong design experience, including creating best-in-class PPTs, videos, gifs, and other collaterals for impactful learning interventions.
• Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and project management skills (learning delivery).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and the latest learning tools and technologies for content creation.
