How will you contribute to Randstad’s global strategy in this role?
As our new internal colleague in this position, you will take ownership of Randstad's automated talent engagement agenda on a global scale. Your mission is to design, deploy, and scale data-led talent journeys across the end-to-end global talent lifecycle.
Leveraging your existing knowledge of the Randstad reality, you will partner closely with Global CX, Product Management, and local markets to remove operational silos, advance our global personalization capability, and deliver a seamless omni-channel experience.
What are the key responsibilities and internal deliverables?
Journey Architecture: Develop, own, and maintain the global talent lifecycle and journey design framework, translating our automated talent engagement strategy into commercially aligned journeys.
Automation Roadmap: Drive the global marketing automation agenda, supporting R-one transactional needs and establishing triggers, logic, channel mixes, and performance KPIs to measure business impact.
Stakeholder Integration: Partner with the Enablement Operations Manager, Global Head of Automated Talent Engagement, and local operating companies (opcos) to balance global scalability with local market nuances.
Testing & Innovation: Collaborate with the Experience & Optimization Lead to define and execute structured experimentation frameworks for continuous testing.
What capabilities and experience are we looking for from our internal talent?
Tenure & Scope: A Master's degree combined with approximately 10 years of experience within a complex, matrixed environment. Proven project management or leadership experience within Randstad or a similar global enterprise is highly valued.
Technical Acumen: Demonstrated experience mapping journeys and deploying automation strategies utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot.
Strategic Alignment: Proven ability to use data and insights (behavioral, attitudinal, commercial) to translate complex corporate priorities into executable, scalable blueprints.
Randstad Leadership: A track record of making new concepts work within our organizational framework, demonstrating a global mindset and the ability to find common ground across diverse stakeholder groups.
