Titre de poste : Concepteurtrice de niveaux Senior
Nous sommes la recherche dune Concepteurtrice de niveaux Senior pour se joindre notre quipe. Vous serez responsable du processus de bout en bout pour les niveaux joueur contre joueur (JcJ) et les niveaux intrieurs afin de crer une jouabilit exceptionnelle et dappuyer le concept global du jeu. Vous collaborez troitement avec les spcialistes des diverses disciplines au sein de lquipe et vous tirerez parti de votre passion envers la conception pour inspirer vos collgues, en utilisant la rtroaction et les donnes pour crer du contenu amusant et stimulant.

Responsabilits et tches
Concevoir, mettre en uvre et itrer les niveaux joueur contre jouer sur les niveaux intrieurs JcJ et Bac sable
Travailler avec lquipe de conception ltablissement des fonctionnalits prioritaires, la validation de la qualit du jeu et la livraison des tches dans les dlais requis.
Processus de cration de cartes et connaissances en architecture
valuer la jouabilit et la fluidit pour sassurer que lexprience de jeu voulue a t cre.
Utiliser la rtroaction et les donnes pour assurer le maintien et le dveloppement continu de contenu pour les niveaux.
Passer en revue le travail effectu et fournir une rtroaction positive.
Participer la conception et llaboration doutils ddition de niveaux personnaliss et de scripts de base.
Travailler en troite collaboration avec les spcialistes des diverses disciplines dans tous les aspects du processus de dveloppement pour assurer la ralisation du concept.
Collaborer avec lensemble de lquipe la rsolution des dfis de conception.
Corriger les bogues de conception.
Exprience et comptences
Au moins cinq annes dexprience dans un rle connexe
Livraison dau moins un jeu pour console AAA
Solides aptitudes en rflexion analytique et critique pour assurer la rvision et lvaluation des niveaux en fonction des critres de conception
Bonne comprhension de la fluidit et du rythme dun jeu
Exprience en quilibrage de systmes de jouabilit
Connaissance des outils ddition de niveau et des langages de script
Bonnes comptences en documentation et souci du dtail

Haven joined the PlayStation Studios family as the first Sony game development team in Canada in 2022. Our first game is in development for PlayStation and PC, a competitive multiplayer action heist game with a vision to entertain and engage players for years to come.
Position Senior Level Designer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Level Designer to join the Haven Entertainment Studios project team. The Senior Level Designer will have end-to-end responsibility for PVP and Interiors, crafting exceptional experiences for the player and supporting the overall design vision for the game. You will collaborate closely with several disciplines across the team and leverage your passion for design to inspire those around you, using feedback and data to create fun and challenging content.
Reporting
The Senior Level Designer will report to the Producer.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design, implement and iterate on PVP Sandbox and interior levels.
Work with the design team to prioritize features, validate the games quality, and ensure the timely delivery of tasks.
Assess gameplay and flow to ensure desired player experience is achieved.
Use feedback and data to maintain and drive the continual development of level content.
Review work and provide constructive feedback.
Assist with the design and development of custom level editing tools and basic scripting.
Work closely across disciplines on all aspects of the development process to ensure design vision is realized.
Collaborate with the team at large to resolve design challenges.
Fix design bugs.
Experience and Skills Required
5+ years experience in related role.
Shipped at least one AAA console title.
Map creation process and architecture knowledge.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to review and assess levels against design criteria.
A good awareness of the flow and pace of a game.
Experience balancing gameplay systems.
Knowledge of level editing tools and scripting languages.
Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration skills and at ease communicating design ideas and concepts across all disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Unreal level editing tools and scripting languages.
Familiarity with 3D modelling tools.
