Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, were delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
We run North Americas largest battery recycling operation, a continuous, heavy industrial plant built around rotary kilns, shredders, mills, and conveyors. The business depends on this plant running well, and maintenance is central to that.
Were looking for a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the department and build it into a world-class function: proactive, predictable, and known for executing. Youll own maintenance, planning and scheduling, spares, and reliability, with the mandate and resources to shape the department around that vision.
Battery recycling is a young industry and this is its largest operation. Youd be building the maintenance function that sets the benchmark for it, with real scale, a clear mandate, and leadership that knows what good looks like and will back you to get there.
The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
