Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Analytics will advance enterprise-wide analytics capabilities, leading the development, delivery, and adoption of scalable analytics solutions across all business functions including Sales, Commercial, HR, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Oversees a team of analytics professionals to drive a data-driven culture through strategic leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions enterprise-wide.
- Manage and mentor analytics developers to foster growth and technical excellence.
- Partner with business leaders to identify data-driven decision-making opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations supporting strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Develop and deliver analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and platforms, including Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Support data acquisition and integration efforts for new and existing data sources.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer service within the analytics team.
Skills/Qualifications Required
- 5-8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Fabric, and modern data platforms.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, DAX Studio, and Tabular Editor.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing data-driven reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Self-starter with growth mindset and passion for data.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, computer science, or related field.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD
