JOB DESCRIPTION

Originate new business opportunities, strategize value creation both for Keppel & customer and convert opportunity to contract in The Philippines.
Be proactive in scouting needs, staying abreast of technology trends and foresights, and translating these into insightful reports
Manage end-to-end innovation process from strategy, ideation, development to business plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Manage ecosystem and channel partnerships
Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the low carbon energy sector
Develop new business models or transform existing ones, including organisational development, capability mapping and operating model change
Manage project development, budgets and finances
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
Solid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. crucial .
Passion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of cooling business and service-based business models, including best practice processes.
Familiar with management and development for project implementation
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary lean team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.
