Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Innovation & Business Transformation leads and deliver strategic initiatives to enhancebusiness and operational processes, improve ways of working, and drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with stakeholders across different levels and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to execute transformation and innovation priorities at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance

• Identify opportunities, diagnose gaps, and implement scalable, high-impact solutions

• Drive alignment and execution with stakeholders across levels and global, cross-functional teams

• Define success metrics, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes

• Facilitate structured problem-solving, innovation workshops, and decision-making sessions

• Drive change adoption and embed continuous improvement across functions

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation practices

• Strong track record in business transformation, innovation, or process improvement
