ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the VicePresidentStrategy, you will drive enterprise strategy, partner with the Executive Committee, and supporttheGroup and localdivisions in delivering market success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define& trackAliaxis’enterprise strategy, includingleadingstrategic reviews with the Executive Committee & Board.

• Drivethe M&A agenda:assess theexisting portfolio, identifydivestment opportunities, build actionable M&A pipelinesatgroupand divisional levels.

• Lead high-impact strategic projectscriticalto deliverthestrategy(marketentry, growth opportunities, business unit transformation).

• Provideactionablemarket intelligenceto the Executive Committee & Board, coveringcompetitors, customers,markettrends, and performancebenchmarking.

• Coordinate anddevelopthecorporate strategyteam, fostering high performance andtalentsgrowth.

ABOUT YOU

• At least 5 years ofstrategyexperiencein atop-tier consulting or corporateenvironment.

• Exceptionalcommunicationandstakeholders’ managementskills,with the ability to influenceacross all levels, includingExecutiveCommittee andBoard.

• Experience inmanaginghigh-performing teams,with a focus oncoachingtalents.

• Strong drive, proactivity, and ability to deliver impact in fast-paced, complex environments.

• Provenexpertisein leading and delivering strategic initiatives (e.g.BU transformation, process optimization, market intelligence, due diligence, portfolio management...).
