As Axons Senior Manager Quote to Cash M&A Integration, you will be part of the team focused on making Axons M&A successful and ensuring our customers have a great experience as Axon integrates new Products and customers acquired in M&A. Axon is a serial acquirer and this role will be a key player in making sure we achieve our M&A goals and get the planned value.
This role will partner with Corporate Development, the integration office, Product Operations, IT, Tax and NPI developing and executing against the integration plan. Location: Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 140,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 190,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
