Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in R&D? Join us as a Senior Manager, R&D Program Management, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping governance, optimizing processes, and leading high-impact program portfolios within a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a key leader within the R&D PMO, you will:
- Lead & inspire a team of 5-10 Program/Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery across portfolios
- Drive PMO excellence by defining and implementing best practices, governance frameworks, and methodologies
