Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive modernization business growth and market share
- Proactively identify and generate modernization opportunities beyond the current customer base
- Manage the full sales cycle, including client engagement, solution development, tendering, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
- Prepare and present modernization proposals and customized solutions based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, consultants, property management companies, and key stakeholders
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure effective funnel conversion to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Gather market intelligence and monitor trends, competition, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver competitive and high-quality solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with project teams to deliver on commitments
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in elevator, construction, or building services industries
- Proven track record in large project sales modernization projects
- Strong network with property developers, consultants, and building owners in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
