ROLE OVERVIEW
AsSenior Manager,Solution Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team of Program Managersresponsible for delivering complex, cross-functionaltechnologyprograms,implementations,and strategic initiatives that support national growth and operational excellence. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizationalleadership, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across a portfolio of programs.
You will be accountable for establishing best-in-class program management practices, driving alignment across business and technology functions, and ensuring that all initiatives deliver measurable valueand delight ourclinicians, patients, and operational teams. As a trusted partner toProduct Management and Technology Leadership, you will translate strategic prioritiesand initiativesinto executableprograms and projects,coachand empoweryour team to operate with autonomy and excellence, and drive outcomes that supportLifeStance’s mission of helping people lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
COMPENSATION: $143,000 - $177,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Provide coaching on complex programand projectdelivery, stakeholder management, and executive communicationto ensureconsistency and excellence indeliveryexecution across all initiatives, including scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
Use data to makeprioritization and resource allocation decisions in partnership withSolution Delivery and Technology leadership andstakeholders, and proactivelyresolve conflicts as needed.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment between productstrategyandsolution deliverypriorities.
Establish and standardizesolution deliverymethodologies,templates, artifacts,governance frameworks, and best practices, lead enablement effortsacross thedepartment, and ensureeffectiveadoption andongoing utilizationof resources.
Ensure effective escalation management and resolution of critical program issues, and provide clear, concise, and actionable communications and updatesto leadershiparound program risks, issues, impacts, and outcomes.
