Tu rol como Sr. Manager, Technical Program Manager, ser apoyar, impulsar mejoras y documentar nuestras funciones crticas para escalar la regin de Mxico. Desarrollars, implementars y mantendrs mtricas KPI para el departamento. Servimos a dos grupos de clientes: nuestros builders, quienes ordenan piezas a travs de nosotros, y nuestros manufacturing partners, quienes producen y ensamblan estas piezas. Actuar como consultor que impulsa programas, no solo para liderar el departamento de Technical Program Management, sino tambin para establecer mejores prcticas de comunicacin y eficiencia multifuncional, asegurando que los programas complejos se entreguen a tiempo, con calidad y dentro del presupuesto.
Liderar el departamento de Technical Program Management para programar y gestionar la entrega de rdenes de nuestros manufacturing partners utilizando mejores prcticas, desarrollar herramientas tiles para el equipo, monitorear el desempeo individual, y establecer y documentar procedimientos operativos estndar (SOPs).
Desarrollar planes de proyecto, layouts y SOPs que integren los requerimientos del cliente con los objetivos de Fictiv. Impulsar y controlar el progreso del programa y la disponibilidad de recursos hasta su cumplimiento, liderando al equipo y a los manufacturing partners en la creacin de planes de recuperacin para volver a encaminar los programas cuando surjan riesgos o problemas.
Servir como puente de cooperacin global con equipos multifuncionales el equipo de Fictiv y manufacturing partners para proyectos asignados; las habilidades de comunicacin slidas y flexibles son esenciales.
Liderar al equipo de Fictiv y a los manufacturing partners en la evaluacin y mitigacin de riesgos del programa, coordinando con diferentes stakeholders internos y externos para asegurar la entrega a tiempo de rdenes conforme a las especificaciones de diseo de los builders.

Ttulo universitario o superior en Ingeniera Mecnica o campo de ingeniera relacionado. MBA y certificacin PMP son altamente deseables.
10+ aos trabajando en Project / Program Management.
Experiencia de liderazgo de 3 a 5 aos gestionando equipos utilizando Core Tools.
Integracin de operaciones y coordinacin de supply chain.
Experiencia en NPD o NPI en procesos de sheet metal o machining. APQP en entornos de produccin.
Ingls fluido escrito y hablado, con experiencia trabajando en entornos multiculturales.
Certificacin PMP.
Certificacin Scrum Master.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.

As the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the organization, guidance, and development of the MX technical program management team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive leadership experience and manufacturing process knowledge to build, lead, and optimize departmental operations, which focus on managing our network of Manufacturing Partners to fulfill orders of custom mechanical components for our customers. Your core focus will be on establishing rigorous standards of work (SOPs), driving team structure and accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure flawless cross-functional execution.

In this role, youll use your manufacturing process knowledge and management experience to develop and implement effective, scalable processes. Your role as Sr. Manager, Technical Program Manager, will be to support, drive improvement, and document our critical functions to scale the Mexico region. You will develop, implement, and maintain KPI metrics for the department. We serve two customer groups: our builders, who order parts through us, and our manufacturing partners, who produce and assemble these parts. The Program Management department takes inputs from our builders and collaborates with our manufacturing partners to deliver onand exceedexpectations. You will report directly to the VP of Global Program Management.
Act as a program-driving consultant, not only to lead the Technical Program Management department but also to establish best practices for communication and cross-functional efficiency, ensuring complex programs deliver on-time, on-quality, and within budget.
Lead the Technical Program Management department to schedule and manage the delivery of orders from our manufacturing partners using best practices, develop useful tools for the team, monitor individual performance, and establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Develop project plans, layouts, and SOPs that merge customer requirements with Fictiv goals. Drive and control program progress and resource availability until fulfillment, leading the team and manufacturing partners in creating recovery plans to drive programs back on track when risks or issues arise.
Bridge global cooperation with multifunctional teams (the Fictiv team and manufacturing partners) for assigned projects; strong and flexible communication skills are essential.
Lead the Fictiv team and manufacturing partners in program risk evaluation and mitigation, coordinating with various stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure the on-time delivery of orders to the builders design specifications.
Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of our platforms, procedures, and processes, identifying areas of improvement and driving those initiatives to completion.
College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. MBA and PMP Certification is highly desirable.
10+ years working in Project / Program management.
Leadership experience of 3-5 years managing teams using Core Tools.
Operations integration and supply chain coordination.
NPD or NPI experience in sheet metal or machining processes. APQP in production environments.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with experience working in multicultural environments.
PMP Certification.
Scrum Master Certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.
