Senior Mechanical Validation Engineer

Position Summary

• Manage tests on products/prototypes/components.
• Analyze results and deliver reports
• Responsible of program ADV Plan and Report
• Responsible for Engineering prototype test, including test planning, tooling design and test stand development
• Support with failure analysis on validation as well as prototype
• Support the laboratory development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above equivalent experience in an engineering field.
• 3-5 years of working experience.
• Experienced with transmission/drive/power train system
• Experienced with various test equipment’s operation/maintenance
• Acquainted with mechanical systems and electronic controls systems of test equipment
• Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings, in reading as well as interpretation.
• Continuous improvement consciousness in the development of product and validation
• Developed English Skill on both oral and writing
