Executive & Payer Scientific Engagement
•Establishand maintain trusted,long‑termscientific partnerships withC‑suiteexecutives, chief medical officers, chief pharmacy officers, medical directors, and senior payer leadership
Serve as the primary Medical Affairs scientific point of contact for assigned health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and payer organizationsLeadexecutive‑level,non‑promotionalscientific discussions focused on population health, clinical strategy, quality metrics, andvalue‑basedcare modelsScientific & Strategic Medical Support
Deliverobjective,evidence‑basedscientific exchange across relevant disease states and therapeutic areas aligned with health system and payer prioritiesTranslate clinical evidence,real‑worldevidence (RWE), and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) into insights meaningful for formulary, policy, andsystem‑leveldecision‑makingSupport payer and health system understanding of evolving clinical guidelines, care pathways, and emerging scienceCross‑FunctionalCollaboration
Collaborate closely with internal Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, Policy, and Commercial partners whilemaintainingmedical independence and complianceSharefield‑basedinsights to inform medical and commercial strategy, evidence generation, and executive engagement planningContribute scientific and strategicexpertiseto internal initiatives aligned with payer and health system needsInsights & Thought Leadership

Advanced degreerequired: MD, DO, PharmD in a scientific or clinical discipline3+ years of experience in Pharma withdemonstratedsuccess in external scientific engagementPrior experience engaging payers, health systems, ordecision‑makersProven ability to lead complex scientific discussions and manage strategic relationshipsStrong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skillsDeep understanding of US payer dynamics, health system structures, population health, andvalue‑basedcareStrategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environmentsHigh ethical standards and commitment to scientific integrity and complianceUp to 50% travel, including regional and national meetings with health systems, payers, and internal stakeholdersThe base pay for this position is
$129,300.00 – $258,700.00
