
Senior National Account Manager at a glance...

Hybrid: 3 days/week
Reporting into the Lead, AFH – Retail & Distribution the Sr. National Account Manager (NAM) will have the responsibility for managing and leading Kraft Heinz business development in some of our largest operators in the Away From Home (Foodservice) space. The Sr NAM’s are directly responsible for delivering profit and revenue targets by assigned accounts, along with managing forecasting. In this role the individual will work with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance) on a North American basis to assist in growing the Away From Home (Foodservice) business for several large customers. This role also requires knowledge of the industry and solid account management skills.
This position requires strong sales acumen; should have a good understanding of the Away From Home (Foodservice) industry, including distribution, operator banners and associated relationships. The incumbent will draw on their experience, knowledge of the industry and trade to work with their manager to develop & negotiate programs with their assigned Operators. This individual must have good communication skills and the ability to communicate with several levels of management within their Operators & Kraft Heinz. The individual must have strong influencing skills and superior executional capabilities.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,600.00 - $148,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
