About the Role
Uber Direct is our on-demand delivery solution that enables merchants to offer fast, same-day delivery directly through their own apps, websites, and physical stores.
As the Senior Partner Manager, Uber Direct Taiwan, you will own the long-term commercial success, growth, and technical integration of our most strategic channel partners. In Taiwan, this ecosystem primarily includes online ordering platforms, CRM and membership solution providers, and POS system partners.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to these partners, helping bridge the gap between digital ordering technology and physical logistics at scale. Success in this role requires a combination of commercial strategy, operational excellence, analytical rigor, and strong relationship management. You will work closely with partners to drive growth, optimize delivery performance, and unlock new opportunities across the ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Portfolio & Growth Management
Manage a strategic portfolio of Taiwan's leading channel partnersDrive transaction growth, partner retention, and long-term commercial value through joint business planningIdentify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand adoption of Uber Direct solutionsPartner Onboarding & IntegrationLead end-to-end onboarding and integration projects for new partnersTranslate technical API requirements into clear business and operational frameworksCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner launches and go-live executionOperational & Commercial OptimizationMonitor delivery performance and operational health across partner channelsIdentify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to pricing structures, workflows, and integration processesDrive initiatives that improve merchant fulfillment performance and partner satisfactionData-Driven Partner ConsultingMeasure and communicate the ROI of joint initiatives and partnership investmentsConduct regular business reviews with partner stakeholders using performance data and market insightsDevelop recommendations that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term partnership successCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Uber Eats teams to align on shared prioritiesAct as the voice of partners internally and advocate for scalable product and operational improvementsSupport the launch and adoption of new features, capabilities, and partnership initiativesBasic Qualifications5-8 years of client-facing experience in Account Management, Business Development, Strategic Operations, SaaS Consulting, or a related fieldStrong commercial acumen and ability to understand partner business models and growth driversProven ability to build strategic relationships and influence decision-making across multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environmentsProfessional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)Preferred QualificationsStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive recommendations and business decisionsAdvanced proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar analytical toolsKnowledge of Taiwan's digital merchant ecosystem, including POS systems, online ordering platforms, CRM solutions, or loyalty programsExperience building scalable partnership strategies and driving business growth through ecosystem developmentProven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without direct authorityComfortable operating in ambiguous environments and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on executionUber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
