As a Senior Private Client Banker in a JPMorgan or Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering J.P.Morgan products, banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology to a select group of affluent clients. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances and help them achieve their financial goals. You will acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources. You will collaborate with colleagues in joint meetings and work as part of a dynamic team to achieve outstanding business results.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to deepen client relationships
2+ years Branch Banking Banker, or equivalent experience in financial services sales, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining customer relationship, and revenue generation
Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act*
High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses though JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred.
Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position. Your continued employment in this position would be contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.
