About the Role:
As a Senior Product Designer, youll be responsible for designing and maintaining product feature enhancements and new product launches for our web app and native apps. To be successful, youll need to be a customer-centric designer that balances business goals with creative execution. Youll work closely with Product Management and Engineering to plan and create a backlog, push features and design updates, and QA and fix bugs. Youll be required to use relevant data and research to inform your design decisions, and to help push the product in the right direction. Youll be expected to primarily work autonomously, and to collaborate with other members of the design team.
New Hire Base Salary Range: $139,800 - $167,700
This role is also eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation in the form of a cash bonus.
