GlobalServiceTechnologyin Business UnitWelded and Circular Technologieshas high priority with a clear growth strategy and focus on improvingthe customerexperience. We now need to strengthen our central team with anadditionalresource, and this is why we are looking forYOUour next Senior Product Engineer,whereyouwillplay a crucial role in advancing our customer experience.
Your key tasks will be:
Support and execute FAT and commissioning of new installations.
Expert troubleshooting on Evaporation plants.
Training ofourfieldservice engineers and customers.
Technical support (Remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations etc.)
Work in close co-operation with the entire central Business Unit organization.
Frequent contacts with our sales companies and directly with our customersregardingtechnical support, commissioning, and Evaporationtraini.ng.
Development ofEvaporationservice agreements.
The position involves a large amount of travelling (approx.140 days/ year) sometimes on short notice.
Who you are
You area strong teamplayer who is also capable of working independently. We believe you are service-minded and customer-focused, with the ability to easily form contacts in a global environment.
You have an eye for details andenjoydelivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential qualities for this role.
What you know
You have abachelor/ master’sdegree in engineering (process / chemical). We trust you bring 5-10 years or experience within the process Industry as well as experience with commissioning work. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at a professional level area mustfor this role.Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge is a plus
