At Breeze, our internal tools are critical to enable scalability of our fast-growing airline. Our product managers are essential members of the team that develops and builds these solutions. The expectation of a Senior Product Manager is that they can manage highly complex mission-critical technical products and work with a high degree of autonomy, while maintaining the trust of their team members, stakeholders, and the leadership team.
The position will sit at the nexus of frontline operational teams, technology partners, and executive leadership, as you prioritize development work, shape and maintain outcome-based product roadmaps, and provide clear vision, direction, and strategy for mission-critical operational capabilities. You will serve as the subject matter expert for airline operations within your domain, offering guidance to leaders on operational needs, safety and regulatory considerations, system dependencies, and the evolving dynamics of real-time airline operations.
You will partner closely with digital design and engineering to explore new concepts and deliver improvements to our digital products, while championing a relentless focus on running a safe, reliable, and on-time operation through intuitive tools and operational automation. This work enables more consistent execution across airline operations, supporting better coordination, faster recovery, and a smoother end-to-end guest experience.
Our product managers partner with the engineering managers to serve as the de facto leaders of their product teams, driving discovery and delivery within the group. Additionally, a Senior Product Manager at Breeze must be a next-level team player, successful at managing relationships and collaborating and influencing across a variety of organizational functions within Airline Operations, Guest Experience, Information Systems, Marketing, Revenue Management, and others.
