Job Responsibilities :
The Senior Product Quality Engineer owns quality and reliability excellence across the full product lifecycle — from new product development through mass production. This is a senior technical leadership role that drives high-stakes qualification activities, leads structured root cause investigations, and delivers deep-dive data analysis to prevent defects before they reach the field.
The engineer serves as a key cross-functional partner, working closely with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to build systemic solutions — not just fix individual issues. Their influence extends across the supply chain, with direct accountability for contract manufacturer quality oversight and pre-release hardware validation.

Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior reliability engineering role, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Hands-on experience supporting Intel-based desktop, notebook, tablet, and computer peripheral products within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of environmental and reliability testing standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related quality processes.
- Solid understanding of system reliability, failure mechanisms, life data analysis, and quantitative accelerated life testing techniques.
- Familiarity with experimental design methodologies and statistical analysis concepts.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and integrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to positively influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgement, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in Linux, Windows, or PC-based environments, with proficiency in office productivity and automation tools considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
