Senior Program Manager – Talent Solutions Platform Delivery

About the Role

Mercer is seeking an experiencedSenior Program Managerto lead the strategic delivery of large-scale platform initiatives across our Talent Solutions business. This includesenterprise integrations, migrations, new platform builds, and SaaS product development.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection ofbusiness strategy, product development, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a strong technical program leader with experience navigating complex environments, aligning diverse stakeholders, and bringing structure and clarity to initiatives where priorities and expectations may evolve over time.

We are looking for someone with anAI-first mindset, ideally with experience or a strong interest in applying AI-driven thinking to platform strategy, delivery, and innovation.

Your work in this role will help shape the future of Mercer’s Talent solutions—supporting how our products evolve, scale, and continue to deliver trusted insights to more than11,000 client organizations worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery oflarge-scale, multi-year enterprise SaaS initiatives, including platform integrations, migrations, and new builds, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Act as the key link betweentechnical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans with clear ownership, governance, decision rights, and change control.

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams acrossproduct, engineering, operations, business, and sales, while keeping customer and client needs front and center.

• Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions, and maintain momentum in asenior, highly collaborative, and opinion-rich environment.

• Providetransparent, executive-ready communications and reportingon program progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

• Work effectively across global teams and geographies, balancingglobal standards with local execution needs.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage interdependencies, and ensure disciplined execution across complex initiatives.

• Foster a delivery culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

• 10+ years of experiencein technical project or program management, including leadingnew platform buildswith multiple dependencies and tight timelines.

• Strong experience delivering programs usingAgile or iterative methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to managecomplex cross-functional programsinvolving business and technical stakeholders.

• Exceptionalsenior stakeholder managementand influencing skills.

• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English.

• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-makingcapabilities.

• Ability to work effectively inambiguous, evolving environmentswith a high degree of ownership and resilience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withHR technology platforms, particularly in areas such asassessment, learning and development, talent acquisition, or related domains.

• Experience working in aglobal, matrixed organization.

• Experienceliving and working outside your home country.

• Strong interest in theHR/talent spaceandAI-first solutions.

• Relevant project management certification such asPMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
