TCU（Telematics Control Unit）という最先端製品のプロジェクトメンバーとして、開発の最上流から量産移行まで「購買の顔」となりプロジェクトをリードいただきます。

単なる発注業務ではなく、グローバルなサプライヤー選定戦略の立案、コスト最適化（QCDI）、そしてリスク管理を担い、プロジェクトの収益性と競争力を決定づける極めて重要なロールです。

【主な職務内容】

• プロジェクト推進のリード：プロジェクト会議（WOOOM等）に参加し、キックオフからSOP（量産開始）、プロジェクトクローズまで購買活動全般を統括します。ソーシングプランを策定し、RFQ（Pre-SoCo）から発注決定（SoCo）までのマイルストーンを管理します。
• 戦略的なサプライヤー選定と交渉：グループ戦略に基づきサプライヤーを選定し、Bundle（一括発注）機会の最大化を狙います。オークション（Live/Online）を含む多角的な手法でRFQを実施し、ベストなコストパフォーマンスを追求します。
• リスクマネジメントと技術連携：クリティカルパーツを特定し、設計レビューや仕様変更提案を通じて、開発遅延や品質リスクを未然に防ぎます。サプライヤーの財務状況や生産能力を評価し、不確実な要素を排除するリカバリープランを構築します。
• 量産へのスムーズな橋渡し：量産移行に向け、Productivity Buyerと連携しSAPのセットアップやコスト削減アクション（VP/PTBV）を引き継ぎます。

【必須（MUST）】

• 製品開発の実務経験（電子部品関係）もしくは購買経験（コスト交渉、工程を理解できる方）
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（複雑なマイルストーンを管理し、多部署を巻き込む推進力）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
