Recognition plays an important role in reinforcing Commonwealth Bank's culture, values and strategic priorities. The Recognition Excellence team is responsible for the design and delivery of the Group's recognition programs. Working closely with Business Units, senior leaders and key partners across the Bank, the team delivers recognition experiences that support employee engagement, cultural outcomes and business performance.
As a Senior Manager, Recognition, you will play a key role in the delivery and evolution of the Group's flagship recognition programs. You will be responsible for driving complex program outcomes across recognition strategy, program design, stakeholder engagement, communications, governance, target="_blank">Sidekick to submit a valid application.
