The role: Senior Sales Specialist - Substation Protection & Control responsible for sales in Automation and Communication business within Power Grid Automation BU in the Philippines, building long-term customer relationships and addressing specific customer needs.
How you'll make an impact:
- Support and grow sales within Automation (Substation Protection and Control) and Communication in Philippines, covering promotion, product homologation, distributor channel development, and direct sales to utility and industry customers.
- Prepare sales plans and perform regular status reviews; identify sales opportunities using CRM; lead direct customer relations and negotiations.
- Ensure competitive offers; identify best sales approach; support bid/no bid decisions and risk reviews.
- Engage with external customers, channel partners, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams like account managers and bid/proposal teams.
- Lead and be accountable for health, safety, and environment standards to ensure zero harm.

Your background:
- Engineering qualification preferably in Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
- Experience in electrical industry utilities, power T&D or power systems projects; substation automation and communication is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills with MS Office suite and collaboration tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication with high attention to detail.
