We are seeking a highly effective Manager, Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Middleware & Online Security Technology team to drive high-performing agile delivery across critical, mission-aligned platforms. In this leadership role, you will serve as a servant-leader and execution catalyst for multiple agile teams, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum practices, removing impediments, and elevating delivery predictability, quality, and team health.
You will take ownership of agile execution end-to-end, facilitating key ceremonies, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and enabling teams to operate at a sustainable, high-velocity pace. By partnering closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure backlog readiness, drive alignment, and translate business priorities into predictable delivery outcomes.
Beyond execution, you will act as a coach and change agent, mentoring teams to mature from "doing agile" to "being agile," leveraging rel="noopener noreferrer">Hybrid Work and Flexibility approach balances our ongoing commitment to workplace flexibility, serving our clients, and our strong belief in the value of being together in person on a regular basis.
