Senior Site Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for YOU if:

• You hold aMaster’s degree in Architecture

• You bring5–10 years of post-qualification experiencein architecture, with a strong focus onproject and construction management
• You haveproven experience leading innovative projectswith significant technical complexity and/or strategic importance
• YourEnglish skillsare strong and confident, bothwritten and spoken, enabling effective international and cross-functional communication
• You have strongleadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder managementskills, with a track record of managing and developing people successfully
• You are knowledgeable inconstruction processes, contract administration, and risk management
• You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and demonstrate anentrepreneurial mindset, continuously looking for better ways of working and new technologies
• You are proficient inarchitectural and project tools, such asRevit, AutoCAD, and modernproject management software

Our manufacturing site operates 24-hours 7-days per week. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotationschedule. Shift rotations vary from working a single straight shift to working two or three rotating shifts. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and to work any shift.
