Senior Software Engineer

So, whats the role all about?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of building NICEs nextgeneration Workforce Management platform - an advanced cloudnative solution enhanced with intelligent, AIpowered capabilities.

In this role, you will build fullstack features, orchestrate AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows, and deliver innovative AIdriven features directly to customers.
Youll work in a fastpaced, agentic environment where experimentation, ownership, and initiative are not just encouragedtheyre expected.

How will you make an impact?

• Drive engineering excellence through AIaugmented workflows and agentic development patterns.
• Develop end to end cloud features on top of AWS.

• Optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
• Lead features design and implementations.
  advise on tech. selection, show initiative in driving technical direction and team collaboration.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and a long-term vision for scalable solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement and highvelocity delivery in an innovative, fastmoving environment

Have you got what it takes?

• Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience
• AIaugmented development, including MCP servers
• Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
• Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be open to taking on increasing responsibilities with the goal of role evolving
• Fluent English

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Implemented AI/LLM agentic systems
• Prior leadership experience (Scrum Master, Team Lead)
• Engineering experience in both BackEnd/FrontEnd
