Whatyou’lldo:

• Solvecomplex technical challenges at scale(cloud, performance, enterprise systems)

• Design and buildrobust, scalable backend services in Java

• Actively leverageAI-powered development tools(Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality

• Collaborate closely withengineering, product, and UX teams

• Contribute toarchitecture and technical decision-making— your voice matters

• Drivecode quality, testing, and engineering best practices

• Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge

• Experiment withnew technologies, tools, and approaches🚀

What you bring:

• 4–5+ years of experience in software engineering

• Strong proficiency inJava(core skill)

• Experience withcloud environments(AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes

• Strongtesting mindset— you care about quality, automation, and reliability

• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue) and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Hands-on experience withAI coding tools(e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)

• Ability to think in systems and make sound technical decisions

• Comfortable working in an agile environment

• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience withC# / .NET

• SAP integrations (BTP, Integration Suite)

• DevOps / CI/CD pipelines

• Observability, monitoring, and cloud operations

• Experience with AI engineering (e.g., MCP)
