Meet the Team
The Test Engineering team at Silicon Labs is a key enabler of high-quality, high-yield product delivery. We design and develop test solutions for our wireless SoC and module products used in IoT applications across consumer, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Our team partners closely with product, design, and manufacturing teams to develop automated test programs, characterize performance across process corners, and deploy scalable test solutions at our global OSAT partners.
We work with industry-leading ATE platforms and measurement systems and play a critical role in bringing complex silicon to market with confidence.
Responsibilities
Develop and deploy production test solutions for RF/analog/mixed-signal SoCs on in-house and commercial ATE platforms
Collaborate with design teams to prepare comprehensive test plans for new IP blocks, ensuing alignment with functional requirements and reliability expectations
Design test hardware (load boards, probe cards) tailored for manufacturing environments, ensuring reliable performance and compatibility with high-volume production requirements
Drive test program development, optimization, and release to production for NPI products
Lead first silicon bring-up and characterization of new silicon with Design and Product Engineering
