Job Description Summary
A Cushman & Wakefield multi-market team is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team of real estate professionals supporting and advising clients. Responsibilities include the day-to-day transaction coordination of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global clients, market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product, and financial analysis for the team and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externallySupport the transactions team with any documentation required to be used during the transactions management process including new leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical datesDraft and process all requests for service or client initiation documentsDraft and process all Co-Broker and agent engagement lettersFacilitate commission invoicingInput commission information into C&W revenue reporting systemAssist with reporting functions:Closing/Value-add reportsNegotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixesKPI trackingPortfolio reporting (e.g. data manipulation, spreadsheet formatting) for both C&W and clientOther administrative client reporting duties that can better managed by C&WHandle general administrative duties (e.g. light phone support, correspondence as needed, departmental support, etc.)Process paperwork (e.g. documents for signature, ensure proper distribution once documents are fully executed, act as a liaison between Real Estate and Lease Administration)Review and understand broker market surveys and deliverables prior to client deliveryGather data and real estate market information from research and brokersCoordinate client feedback questionnaires/surveysEnsure and manage the quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databasesPrepare transaction communication tools and package for management for internal approval processKEY COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
