ACCOUNTABILITIES
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Provide oversight and management of the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations and all transaction services requiredManage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewalsLead major or high profile transactions with minimal assistance from othersCompile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverablesMonitor and review the workload of team and/or managersUnderstand client(s) strategic real estate goals and implement corresponding real estate plansProvide leadership and guidance through the on-boarding support of new team members, including training of new team membersCreate and maintain trust and strong relationships with internal and external partiesProvide regular feedback to leadership regarding issues, challenges, and areas for additional focusManage day-to-day client interactions and expectationsParticipate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achievedProvide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendorsManage or execute special projects, as assignedDemonstrate initiative through taking on additional projects and responsibilitiesAssist with preparation of transaction documents( e.g. case studies) needed for new business pursuitsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree5+ years relevant work experienceOr any similar combination of education and experienceMust obtain and hold state real estate licenseAdvanced familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance and real estate taxesProficiency in all applicable software/hardware applications, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong financing, budgeting and pro forma modeling skillsDemonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skillsAbility to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneouslyProven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlinesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
