🚗 What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Be the Face & Voice: Provide a premier customer experience - handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.

• Master the Schedule: Coordinate service appointments and manage customer convenience services (like shuttle arrangements and rentals) to keep the people of Winnipeg moving.

• The Ultimate Support: Act as the backbone for our elite team of Technicians and Advisors by processing work orders and payments accurately, supporting outstanding customer communication, and keeping the shop flowing smoothly.

• Problem Solver: Calmly and professionally resolve customer concerns, ensuring everyone leaves happier than when they arrived.

🔎 What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or admin (If you have automotive or dealership experience, that’s a major bonus!).

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning proprietary dealership software.

• Adaptability: The ability to prioritize tasks on the fly without losing your attention to detail.

• Attitude: A go-getter and team player that finds ways to optimize the customer experience.

• The Essentials: A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and the flexibility to work our retail hours (9am-6pm including rotating Saturdays).
