Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming and outgoing service jobs within the Service Center.
Monitor job progress and update internal tracking systems.
Assistin scheduling service activities,manpower, andlogistics.
Coordinate with customersregardingjob status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
Prepare service reports, delivery documents, andmonitor invoicing.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance servicecentreefficiency.
Ensure all servicecentredocumentation isaccurate, complete, and maintainedin accordance withcompany procedures and quality requirements.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of consumables, spare parts, and servicecentresupplies.
Generate KPI reports and operational performance data to support servicecentremanagement.
Establish andparticipatein regular workload planning and forecasting meetings with Sales,P&A,ServiceCentreManager, and other stakeholders to ensure visibility of upcoming service requirements.
Support resource planning by monitoring job pipelines, workload distribution, and servicecentrecapacityutilization.
Prepare monthly timesheets andman-hourbookinginERP for ServiceCentrepersonnel based on approved job records and workflow data.
Conduct dailytoolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness sessions for servicecentrepersonnel.
Monitor housekeeping standards within the workshop, ensuring clean, organized, and hazard-free work areasalways.
Support incident reporting by documenting and escalating all safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditionsin a timely manner.
Foster a strong safety culture by encouraging proactive reporting and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
