Pay: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full time, Saturday availability required

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing role
• Dealership experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Courteous and professional communication skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do

• Schedule appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
• Greet and assist all customers arriving to the Service Department in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and service lounge
• Regularly interact with Service Advisor and Warranty team to ensure customers' needs are addressed and met
• Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned ​
