Service Technician

Monterey BMW is seeking an experienced and motivated Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service team. If you are passionate about automotive technology, committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles according to factory standards
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional service needs
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and BMW systems
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stay current with BMW technical training and certifications

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or European automotive repair experience preferred
• BMW experience strongly preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.
