The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and sustainability reporting, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and responsible business practices. This role requires a strong familiarity with software solutions and data analytics, enabling the delivery of robust, data-driven recommendations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, andmaintainautomated systems to streamline data collection, tracking, and reporting processes.

• Support SHE and sustainability teams by developing and enhancing reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.Heavy focus on leading indicators to drive world class performance.

• Analyze operational, SHE, and sustainability data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored automation and analytics solutions.

• Develop and document processes, standards, and best practices for data management and automation.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend technical enhancements to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, analytics, and sustainability reporting to drive innovation and efficiency.

• Train and support team members inutilizingdata tools and automated systems effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering,Information Systems, Data Analytics, ora related field.

• Proven experience in technical analysis, automation, and data management.

• Strong knowledge of software solutions and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).

• ExperiencesupportingSHE and sustainability reporting is highlydesirableincluding familiarity with Velocity, ETG, Red Online and Sphera.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality.

• Effective communication skills to translate technical findings into practical business recommendations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
