Position:
Shipping Coordinator / Logistics Officer
Job Description:
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (5.5 day weekly)
- Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
Work Location: Arrow Electronics PTP, Gelang Patah, Johor
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse jobs including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, labeling, sorting, loading & unloading of cargoes
- Manage labor distribution and workflow to meet quality and production goals
- Support specific warehouse functions such as shipping and receiving
- Transport and stage products
- Maintain organized work and product storage areas
- Handle email correspondence with internal and external customers
- Prepare reports for supervisors as instructed by warehouse management
- Perform process and transaction audits
Requirements:
- SPM, Certificate, or Diploma graduates
- Computer literacy with WMS/DMS experience as an advantage
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing industry or warehouse
- Willingness to work overtime
