THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As a Single Family - Risk Management - Senior Manager you will play a critical leadership role in helping Fannie Mae identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks that could impact the company's reputation, safety, security, operational effectiveness, and financial performance. You will partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise to develop and implement strategic risk management frameworks, evaluate emerging risks, and drive informed business decision-making.
The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for identifying potential risk exposures, evaluating business impacts, and supporting enterprise-wide risk management efforts in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring business areas that may pose risk to the enterprise.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement risk management strategies, frameworks, processes, and controls.
- Evaluate existing and emerging risks and assess their potential impact on business operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational objectives.
- Direct team efforts to analyze, monitor, and report risk-related information using rel="noopener noreferrer">form.
The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
