Job Description:
- Assist the H7 Quality Lead, Project Quality Engineers and Project Team in ensuring compliance with client and company quality procedures.
- Act as primary on-site contact for quality control and assurance activities.
- Manage a team of 6 Quality Engineers.
- Conduct site visits to oversee quality control implementation by project teams.
- Visit factories for product acceptance testing and ensure timely reporting.
- Engage site engineers and subcontractors to ensure work is done right first time.
- Perform inspections on construction elements for compliance with specifications.
- Review, sign, and ensure timely communication of quality control records.
- Lead quality culture initiatives such as toolbox talks and sessions with work package teams.
- Lead site and factory inspections with external parties and ensure follow-up on issues.
- Support development and digitalization of quality processes, inspection plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate quality documentation and its implementation with construction and department managers.
- Promote right first time and continuous improvement culture on site.
- Manage corrective actions and non-conformance control along with trend analysis and reporting.
- Support audits and ensure documentation is compiled for closure.
- Maintain strong focus on key quality issues and compliance on site.
The role may involve other reasonable duties as required.
