This role is for an individual contributor joining one of our five Pure Protect Engineering teams within the Digital Experience (DX) organization. The product has been running for ~3 years and operates like a startup within DX.
The teams are primarily composed of senior-level engineers who take full ownership of their workstreams from early requirements definition (in close collaboration with Product Managers) to final delivery. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as engineers work autonomously in a highly cross-functional environment.
