Solution Architect – HIGLAS/HOM Program (CMS)
Seize your opportunity as Solution Architect on the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) Hosting, Operations, and Maintenance (HOM) program. At GDIT, people are our differentiators. The Solutions Architect (SA) will be strategizing multi-year roadmaps to enable business growth, ensure compliance and reduce the complexity of key business and IT processes.
The SA will play a vital role across the enterprise IT landscape, defining the applications, establishing architecture principles, support/lead cloud transformation, developing enterprise frameworks, decommissioning or transforming legacy applications, data migration, security, privacy, etc. The SA will also be mentoring the team to move an organization toward its target architecture.
The Solution Architect (SA) provides strategic and technical leadership across the CMS HIGLAS Hosting, Operations, and Maintenance (HOM) program. This role defines multi‑year technology roadmaps, drives architectural modernization, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant. The SA works across ERP, cloud, data, AI/ML, and security domains while guiding teams toward a target enterprise architecture.

The likely salary range for this position is $170,144 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
