This role is responsible to develop & maintainaction-based data reporting tools in support of various merchandising activities. Communicate findings to cross-functional business partners to support fact-based decision making that positively impacts company financials. This role is focused on driving the category review and store remodel processes with category management, OwnBrands, and merchandising leadership.
Here's What You'll Do:
Communicate effectively to achieve buy-in from cross-functional leaders within category review process.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings in support of category review process.
Partnerwith category managers to deliver an excellent product portfolio to retail and wholesale customers.
Partner with shelf implementation and execution teams to inform total store reset process.
Performbusiness or statistical analysis to formulate target="_blank">a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package.
