Duration: 6 monthsinternship,30-40hours/week

How you will make an impact:

• Assistinaccountsreceivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.

• Review andvalidateaccountspayable entries and ensuretimelyprocessing.

• Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.

• Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis tomonitorcollection efficiency.

• Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.

• Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.

• Use andmaintainthe Coupa system for procurement and expense management.

Whatyou’llneed:

• Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master)of Finance, BusinessAdministrationor any other related field

• In the last year of the degree

• Full-time (30-40h/week)availability formin.6 months

• Proficiencyin Spanish and English.

Whatelsewe look for:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).

• Good communicationskills andabilityto work in a team environment.
