How you will make an impact:
Assistinaccountsreceivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.
Review andvalidateaccountspayable entries and ensuretimelyprocessing.
Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis tomonitorcollection efficiency.
Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.
Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Use andmaintainthe Coupa system for procurement and expense management.
Whatyou’llneed:
Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master)of Finance, BusinessAdministrationor any other related field
In the last year of the degree
Full-time (30-40h/week)availability formin.6 months
Proficiencyin Spanish and English.

Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).
