This is a 6-month internship where you will train with passionate team members who are making a meaningful impact at Edwards. Based on your performance and business needs, you may have the opportunity to continue your career with us after the program.

Withinour recruitment process, you will be selected into one of our teams based on your background and skills.We are currently looking for interns in the following teams:

Supply Chain (Procurement, Planning & Logistics)

• Gain a broad view of Supply Chain by rotating across procurement, planning, andlogistics, supporting purchasing activities, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.

• Key skills: analytical mindset, process improvement focus (including automation), andstrong communication.

Plant Operations Engineering (POE)

• Support plant operations by managing technical documentation (layouts, electrical, mechanical, and architectural plans),maintainingdigital records, coordinating with cross-functional teams, andassistingwith facilities, maintenance, and engineering services.

• Key skills: organization and attention to detail, hands-on mindset, and strong collaboration, interest in manufacturing processes, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Construction

• Support construction activities by coordinating on-site tasks, reviewing installations, and contributing to project execution.

• Key skills: organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation, including maintenance manuals, quality certificates, and spare parts lists

Project Management

• BusinessIntelligence& Data Management

• Support project and portfolio management byoptimizingprocesses, automating manual tasks, and working with data and systems to improve planning and execution.

• Key skills: analytical mindset, interest in data management and automation, andproficiencyin tools like Microsoft Project.

Business Excellence

• Support the implementation of business excellence tools across production, working with cross-functional teams to improve processes, define metrics, and enhance visual management systems.

• Key skills: process improvement mindset, collaboration, and interest in operations, data, and continuous improvement.

Whatyou’llneed:

• Currently enrolled in aBachelor’sorMaster’sprograminIndustrial, Electrical, MechanicalorMaintenance Engineering, orrelatedengineering field.Candidates with backgrounds inArchitecture,Logistics,or related fields are also encouraged to apply for roles in the respective departments.

• Enrolledin yourfinal year of the degree,with the possibility of transitioning into a postgraduate role upon successful completion of the internship and graduation

• 30 - 40h/weekavailability for min. 6 months. Construction Internship will be 25h/week.

• Comfortable working in English and Spanish.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
